Service scope, timelines and fees are defined in individual proposals or agreements. We do not guarantee certification outcomes as these depend on your organisation's readiness and the certification body's assessment.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting enquiry forms or engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to misuse our website, AI assistant or communication channels for unlawful purposes, spam or harassment.
All content on this website β including text, graphics, logos, images and software β is the property of ISO Certification Saudi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
